# Sheban Homes — Version 2B: Trail & Patio

## Four additional outdoor wings
Keep the four enclosed pavilion arms. Add a removable canopy projecting another 5 ft (1.524 m) beyond the end of each arm. Each patio follows the source's nominal 2.4 m arm width. Leave the ground exposed: no structural floor, no additional enclosed floor area. Offer open sides or removable mesh/privacy curtains. Separate outer poles and anchors support the canopies; do not assume the cabin ribs can take additional canopy wind loads.

Use the source's 7.2 × 7.2 m plan as a clearly labelled working diagram, not a reconciled specification. Four patios add 4 × 2.4 × 1.524 = 14.6304 m² (157.48 sq. ft.) of covered outdoor ground. Overall canopy-tip extent becomes 10.248 × 10.248 m (33 ft 7.5 in square), excluding guy lines, anchors, runoff and access. Enclosed area is unchanged. With the alternative rectangular 3.0 × 2.4 m core interpretation, overall extent becomes 10.248 × 10.848 m; final dimensions await reconciliation.

Raised cabin floors require a step or other designed transition to the natural-ground patio. Drain canopy roofs away from doorways. Keep a weather lap or flashing between cabin and removable canopy without treating a zipper alone as structural support. Avoid implying that these patios add bedrooms or winter-rated rooms.

## Flat-pack assembly, separate from routine folding
The existing source shows a folding box, not a box light enough to haul intact down a quad trail. Develop a demountable initial-delivery version. Split the central core, floor panels, ribs and utility equipment into labelled modules. Assemble the cabin on site; its four wings can subsequently fold for normal storage. Whole-cabin removal involves disassembly and multiple loads again.

Mass figures below are component design ceilings, NOT measured masses, safe manual lifting limits, or whole-cabin weights. Default ambition: every package under 150 lb (68 kg), preferably much lighter. Exception tier: under 200 lb (91 kg) for a module whose geometry cannot reasonably be split. Up to 300 lb (136 kg) is a trailer-handled module option with ramps/winch/handling equipment, not a hand-carry promise. Validate actual vehicle payload, towing, hitch load, trailer rating, gradient, width, turning, braking and ground conditions for a selected route.

The source's SPC/structural-board floor stack may need lighter finishes and sandwich panels to meet the mass ambitions. Do not assume a thin panel alone spans a wing: a separately assembled frame carries it. Every joint adds assembly effort, mass and sealing requirements. Narrow tile width is a proposed packaging choice, not proof of trail fit. No total weight or number of journeys is asserted until a weighed bill of materials and trailer layout exist.

## Delivery and assembly sequence
1. Survey an actual quad route and clearing; choose vehicle/trailer, turning space and unloading area.
2. Label and weigh every package. Create a load manifest including restraints and the trailer's own mass. Protect fabric separately from metal edges.
3. Shuttle rated loads to site. Use appropriate ramps/winch where a module needs mechanical handling. Multiple trips are expected.
4. Lay out parts on temporary protection; assemble and level core base on designed supports.
5. Bolt core frame and panel sections together; connect floor subframes, tiles, hinges and perimeter feet.
6. Assemble/lock segmented ribs, attach roof fly, windows and wall panels; check rain paths.
7. Fit four independent five-foot canopy patios with controlled cabin interfaces and outer supports/anchors.
8. Install utility modules, furniture and dry storage; verify all joints and service connections before occupation.
9. Demonstrate routine closure separately from full demounting; retain the assembly manual and labelled storage map.

## Five additional generated-image briefs (11–15)
Maintain the same cream membrane, dark frames and timber core as images 1–10. No dimensions baked into renders. Captions carry dimensions and the concept status.
11. Elevated full pavilion with exactly four enclosed wings and four additional five-foot open canopy patios, one at each wing tip. Natural ground visibly continues under every patio; distinguish from raised indoor floors, with short steps. Forest clearing, no extra corner floors.
12. Patio at eye level: an indoor wing opens through a doorway onto a ground-level canopy terrace; show optional rolled mesh, outer poles, outward drainage and forest setting.
13. Flat-pack kit laid out in numbered groups: core rails, narrow floor tiles, wall cassettes, articulated rib bundles, roof/window bags, separate utilities and patio kits. All groupings identified by surrounding captions; no invented scale or weight labels in image.
14. Quad/side-by-side and appropriately small trailer on a plausible established woodland trail; restrained modular parts, no assembled cabin on trailer, no implication of crossing untouched forest. Illustrative load only; no rated payload claim.
15. Multi-panel assembly storyboard: unloaded kit → bolted base/core → supported four floors and ribs → complete pavilion with four floorless patios. Consistent geometry in every panel; mechanical handling shown for heavy pieces, not a person carrying a 300 lb module.

## Development tests
Prototype a floor-tile/rail joint and one wall cassette first, weigh them, then estimate complete mass. Trial packing a representative trailer load. Assemble one wing plus one patio, testing roof runoff, anchor loads, trip-free entry and fabric separation. Log person-hours and equipment for both initial assembly and later folding. Final documentation must distinguish measured results from targets.

Fifteen generated concept images are now saved and integrated. Initial September15 spend was CAD200–300; September17 retries were explicitly authorized with CAD100 reported aggregate spend against the CAD5000 daily ceiling. Independent review recorded separately.
